Fostered In Wisconsin
Daily Routine: I walk about 7 or 8 am...eat...lay around, I love to be outside to watch my foster dad! I eat dinner about 5 pm. Part of my day is eye meds for glaucoma and foster mom says I'm good about it. I get drops in both eyes twice a day for life. They are called Dorzol and Timolol and cost about $58 for approximately a two month supply. I also like a treat at night just before bed!
What I love to do: I love hanging out with my foster dad! Foster mom is nice too...but...she isn't dad. I love to be outside watching him! If he isn’t home, I will sit outside and wait for him so I can announce his arrival. What I don't care for is dogs walking by on MY sidewalk so mom makes sure I'm not near it during outside time. I also love going on walks that are slow and short.
Personal goals: I generally do NOT get along with dogs and cats! I am getting along fine with the resident basset who is a submissive senior but have not done well with visiting dogs. One a positive note, I have only had one accident in my foster home because I can be a fast learner and let my parents know when I have to go.
Favorite thing to do with my best friend: I really prefer to be with my favorite human.
Kind of family do I want: I prefer having a man around the house! AND no other dogs and cats!! Also, I need a family to keep up with pressure checks and eye medication, as well as help me get trim as I am overweight.
Biggest fears: No fears!
Ideal weekend plans: I enjoy laying around, and I have gone camping, but keep me away from other dogs! Sometimes I like another dog at first, then change my mind. I enjoy my little walks and people time!
